Y6 Leavers Questionnaire

As a parent of child in Y6 who is about to leave or has left Malin Bridge this year, we would like to invite you to fill in a short questionnaire about your child’s experiences at Malin Bridge Primary School. Although there is the option to enter your and your child’s names, you are also able to fill in the for anonymously if you wish.
